Pepper saw how I felt for Bruce and got upset. Understandably so. She left me so that I could go after him.
It took her awhile but she got over everything and now we’re actually still really close. Just as friends and not lovers. She’s always telling me though that she wishes she could have been what Bruce is to me. I tell her I like who she is just fine for me. I’d still be lost without her.
